We, Finolex Industries Ltd. is hiring Area Sales Manager from Building Material (Pipes, Pipe fittings, Paints, Cement, Tiles, construction chemicals, Sanitary fittings etc.) Industry-experienced candidates for Chandigarh.
- Candidates must be technical / non-technical graduates with experience (8-15 years) in the field of Sales of & PVC Pipes and Fittings Conduit Pipes, CP Fittings, Cement, Paints, Sanitary Ware or similar products.
- Preferably from the technical sales domain for plumbing or building material products in the given geography.
- Ability to plan and visualize new arenas and applicability of assigned products, maintaining close knitted PR with potential customers.
- Interaction with prospective customers (Government (Central /State), PSU's, Builders, and MNCs to understand their requirements and coordinate for offer preparation, Quotations, and Price Negotiation to finalize the orders.
- Managing, training, and motivating the projects team to drive revenue growth and tap into project orders.
- Monitoring sales team performance, analyzing sales data, periodical forecasting and reporting to sales managers.
- Periodical MIS submission.
- Planning and maintaining sheet for Projects including dispatch, PO, Quotation and Scheduling.
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills.
- Visiting potential customers.
- Architects/Builders/contractors for new business/Semi Govt Depts/ Central/ State Govt/MNC's.
- Customer Relationship Management Keeping track of the customer database and constantly updating it with new contacts.
- Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers and MEP coordinators in real-estate companies via meetings, telephone calls, and emails.
- Should have the skill sets/ pair to compare products technically and communicate effectively to the above-mentioned potential customers.
Sales Skills required :
- Generate leads from the market, and convert them to customer and development services.
- Responsible for generating business through the social network, cold calling, email marketing, social media marketing, and other sources.
- Align with long-term company goals and analyse market trends.
- Recommend changes to marketing and business development strategies based on analysis and feedback.
- Work closely with National Projects Head and the team to define accurate estimations.
- Responsible for communication with clients and maintaining a healthy relationship with existing clients.
- Long-term vision with higher stacks in company growth and proven track records in achieving defined targets and exceeding them.
Your Profile:
- Graduate / Post Graduate with 12 to 16 years of experience in Retail Sales and Project Sales.
- Must have strong knowledge about Building Material Industry.
- Must have team handling experience.
Key Competencies:
- Excellent business communication skills, presentation skills & knowledge of advanced excel.
- Customer Focus, Initiative, Result oriented,.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end Sales process, lead generation.
