Job Title: Production Trainee

Location: Pune (Urse Plant)

Shift: Rotational Shifts (For Male Candidates)

Qualification: BSc, MSc, Diploma, or BTech in Chemical Engineering/Related Field

Job Overview: We are looking for fresh and motivated Production Trainees to support production activities at our Preform Silica Manufacturing Plant. As a trainee, youll gain hands-on experience in chemical manufacturing and assist in the operation and monitoring of production processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with daily production tasks and operations.
• Monitor equipment, materials, and quality parameters.
• Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Participate in shift work and follow SOPs.

Requirements:

• Freshers with a BSc, MSc, Diploma, or BTech in Chemical Engineering or a related field.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
• Basic understanding of chemical processes is a plus.
