Production Engineer

Role & responsibilities

Your primary role is a lead Production and Operations of the plant. The key responsibility area are -

- Managing day to day production/operations of the plant

- Manage Manpower, stocks, utility etc of the plant

- Developing and implementing innovative strategies to streamline factory operations.

- Developing production plans & targets as per order volume and execution of the production plans

- Analysing production data to identify and resolve any production issues and getting optimum performance & yields

- Preparing production reports and submitting them to key decision-makers.

- Regularly inspecting finished products to ensure product quality

- Be responsible for production output, product quality and on-time shipping

- Implementing maintenance schedule, conducting periodic checks, maintaining technical documents

- Handling customer visits to the plant and able to manage customer audits by big customers

Preferred candidate profile

-Proven academic record

- Ability to work independently as well as with the team

- Experienced in MS office (MS Word, XL, PPT), ERP Softwares

- Self-motivated and results driven, ability to lead the team

-B.Tech./BE preferably in Chemical/Material Science Engineering from premier engg. institute
