Preparation of database, Communication/follow up the new/existing customers for existing products & By-products/new product development
Oversee day-to-day sales operations, Ensure the highest quality of customer satisfaction
Manage and oversee the profitability of your business by developing long-term and short-term sales goals, as well as channel strategies to achieve business objectives.
Marketing products & services of the Company and generating revenues by understanding customer requirement and building long term relationship
Manage sales documentation, customer data & MIS, Strategize and lead various activities , Sales analysis & adopting new sales techniques/practices
Developing Sales Channels, discussion with channel partners/distributors in different geographies. Finding customers/distributors for by-product, Communication/follow up the new/existing distributors
Develop and initiate customer projects for new business opportunities
Development of Marketing Collaterals
Preferred candidate profile
MBA in Sales & Marketing with B.Sc./Msc. In Chemistry or B.Tech/M. Tech. in Chemical/Material Engineering
4-7 years of relevant experience, preferably in chemicals & Advanced materials
Ability to consult both on the technical and commercial side, and communicate/present well
