Role Summary:
The National Sales Head of Finhaat Wealth India Private Limited will be responsible for building, nurturing and optimizing the ecosystem for empanelment of financial product distributors/ARN Holders (Finhaat Partner) and maximizing revenue generation through these Partners across multiple asset classes.
Key Responsibilities: Business Development:
Identify and pursue opportunities to empanel existing as well as new ARN Holders (MFDs/IFAs) as Finhaat Partners
Continually explore potential new markets or segments for partner empanelment Develop partnerships and alliances to enhance market presence.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions for our product segments
Revenue Generation:
Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize revenue from existing Partner network. Monitor sales performance, ensuring the team meets/exceeds sales goals.
Allocate sales targets across different teams
Analyse data to forecast sales and identify growth opportunities.
Oversee sales funnel management to ensure a steady pipeline of leads and conversions.
Team Management:
Recruit, coach, and mentor sales relationship managers acquisition relationship managers. Establish performance expectations and conduct regular performance reviews. Foster a motivating and supportive environment that encourages team collaboration. Ensure implementation of training programs to upskill team in sales, product, industry and relation ship management.
Cultivate strong people skills within the team to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
Compliance: Regulatory Policy
Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in all transactions.
Ensure adherence to company policies, processes, and ethical standards.
Reporting Analytics
Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market trends to senior management.
Use data and analytics from CRM to drive decision-making and strategy adjustments.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement corrective actions when necessary
Education / Experience
MBA from a Tier-1/Tier-2 institute
At least 10-15 years of experience in IFA channel led Mutual Fund distribution business
Exposure to multiple asset classes: Mutual Funds, Equity, Fixed Income, Gold, PMS other third party products.
Must have experience in managing big teams.
