This role will be responsible for leading the vision of Affinity solutions backed up by strong innovations in creating new solutions for varied sectors pan India. Ideation to action further leading to a successful execution to build business and manage PL for the vertical would be core focus apart from team building and thought leadership whenever a new opportunity can create a market first.
Responsibilities:
Understand Affinity practice and provide innovation relevant insurance solutions to the clients to enhance their business productivity or brand positioning.
Building and strengthen relationships with insurers, wellness aggregators and clients while innovating affinity solutions which benefits the whole eco system. Set focus on a few target sectors but the core of this business would be innovation New Solutions benefiting clients on business, balance sheet and brand value
Ability to understand the client, their industry and their risks and match them with potential Global Solutions
Individually initiate and close new business opportunities from potential clients and wherever required, support the Operations Lead/Team Leader for a seamless execution.
