Senior Java Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Java Developer with 5 to 7 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Core Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices Architecture and will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable and high-performance applications using Core Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.
• Implement multithreading and concurrent programming for optimized performance.
• Utilize LINQ and Streams for efficient data processing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines to automate build, test, and deployment processes.
• Ensure best practices in code versioning (Git) and branching strategies.
• Conduct code reviews, unit testing, and integration testing to maintain high code quality.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing applications for performance and scalability.
• Stay updated with emerging Java technologies and industry best practices.

Required Skills:

• Strong proficiency in Core Java with deep understanding of OOP concepts.
• Hands-on experience with Spring Boot and Microservices architecture.
• Experience in multithreading, concurrency, and parallel processing.
• Knowledge of LINQ and Java Streams API for efficient data processing.
• Strong experience in using Git for version control.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar.
• Good understanding of RESTful APIs and web services.
• Experience with database technologies (SQL, NoSQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in an agile environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with containerization tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with message brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ, etc.).
• Exposure to DevOps practices and cloud-native development.
• Strong analytical and debugging skills.
• Ability to mentor junior developers and collaborate effectively with teams.
• Domain knowledge in Insurance, Banking, Health, and Mutual Funds.
