Finance Controller

Responsibilities:

• Preparation of Management Reports Investor deck, Founder Deck, Head of Departments Deck, Management Committee deck that help various stakeholders in decision making.
• Financial Modelling: Preparation of Financial models used to value company before Fund/Capital Raising.
• Preparation of Management Information System (MIS).
• Project Management: Understanding causes of variance analysis in districts, states and zones, its reasons and suggesting measures for improvement.
• Budget and forecasting of product numbers and its deviation from actual and its deep scrutiny.
• Identification and measurement of Key Performing Indicators of different verticals and its in-depth analysis.
• Manages the audit file: Takes responsibility for the entire audit file, from engagement set up to completion
• Taxation: Preparing tax information, filing tax returns, and consulting on taxes
• Financial reporting: Preparing balance sheets, profit and loss accounts, and financial reports
• Compliance: Ensuring compliance with financial laws and regulations
• Financial planning: Providing financial advisory services, analyzing financial reports, and recommending strategies to improve profitability
• Accounting systems: Evaluating accounting systems and suggesting improvements
• Forensic accounting: Conducting forensic accounting investigations
• Business performance: Preparing business performance reports for management
• Management consultancy: Helping businesses utilize resources efficiently, designing systems for budgetary control and cost accounting, and developing management information systems
• Business recovery: Dealing with insolvency situations
• Communication: Treating private information with discretion and communicating with a variety of people and businesses
