Area Manager/Cluster Manager

Roles for Corporate Insurance Policies include sales and management of both Employee Benefit (GMC,GPA, GTL) and Non Employee Benefit Insurance (Marine, Fire, CAR, WC, Property, All Risk Policy etc.)

Responsibilities:

• Find clients: Maintain a solid book of business for existing clients, and grow new business base through a range of networking and sales tactics, including cold calling and prospecting for potential customers
• Understand clients: Interview clients to learn about their financial situation and existing coverage.
• Gather all of the necessary information to evaluate the commercial insurance needs against available insurance products for each client, and negotiate the terms and conditions with key stakeholders
• Build relationship with the HR and Upper management
• Deliver a high level of personal attention to prospective and existing customers, personally visiting them to follow up as needed, and provide coaching management on commercial insurance policy options
• Explain options: Explain the features of different insurance policies and advise clients on the benefits and risks of each
• Customize policies: Create customized insurance programs for clients
• Process sales: Handle policy sales and renewals
• Help with claims: Assist clients with the insurance claims process
• Maintain records: Keep client records and prepare reports
• Stay up to date: Keep up with insurance industry news and regulatory developments
