Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Lead Developer to join our team. As a Lead Developer, you will be responsible for overseeing the development of software solutions and ensuring their quality. You will work closely with our Technical Architects and Project Managers to ensure that our solutions meet our client s needs and are delivered on time and within budget. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, project management, and team leadership.
- Oversee the development of software solutions
- Collaborate with the Technical Architect to ensure the quality of the code
- Develop and maintain technical documentation
- Lead and mentor a team of developers
- Ensure the implementation of design patterns and best practices
- Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in software development
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in team leadership
- Strong knowledge of software design patterns and best practices
- Strong project management skills
- Ability to communicate complex technical ideas to non-technical stakeholders
- Note: Candidates having salesforce experience will be preferred
