Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead the offshore technical team, navigate tech design discussions, refine processes, inspire and mentor peers, and uphold stringent code review standards
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-architected code, contributing actively to the softwares development
- Efficiently collaborate with team members, participate in code reviews, and engage in pair programming for optimal outcomes
- Direct technical design sessions to transform feature requirements into actionable development tasks
- Mentor and upskill junior developers, driving the expertise of our team to new heights
- Introduce innovative development practices and technologies to enhance our software solutions
Job Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science/Software Engineering, or demonstrable industry experience with equivalent knowledge and skills in tech leadership or software architecture roles
- A minimum of 4 years comprehensive development experience and at least 3 years in a dedicated software developer position
- Proficiency in React, Node.js, TypeScript, and a working familiarity with SQL databases
- Posses an energetic attitude and be motivated by innovations
- Poised to produce exceptional work on projects that are both challenging and rewarding
- Eagerness to use technology to create meaningful and lasting change
- Fluent in spoken and written English communication skills
