Compliance Automation Expert

Key Responsibilities:

1. Integration Assessment:
• Identify potential integration opportunities between Atlassian GRC and existing systems such as Jira Suite, Workday, Workato, Confluence, and Compass.
• Analyze current workflows and data management practices to inform integration strategies.
2. Strategy Development:
• Outline a comprehensive strategy for implementing bi-directional updates across integrated platforms.
• Define the scope of metadata management to ensure consistency and accuracy.
3. Technical Specifications:
• Develop detailed technical specifications for each integration point, including data mapping and API requirements.
• Develop standard operating procedures to guide engineers with ongoing maintenance of created integrations and automations.
• Address security considerations to protect sensitive data during integrations.
4. Implementation Planning:
• Create a step-by-step implementation plan with clear timelines and milestones.
• Assign roles and responsibilities to team members involved in the integration process.
5. Testing and Validation:
• Design a robust testing framework to validate integrations and ensure functionality.
• Outline criteria for success and establish methods for troubleshooting any issues that arise.
6. User Training:
• Develop comprehensive training materials for end-users to facilitate the adoption of new integrations.
• Include documentation, video tutorials, and FAQs to support user learning.
7. Deployment Support:
• Plan for the deployment of integrations and provide support during the go-live phase.
• Establish a feedback loop for continuous improvement and address any post-deployment concerns.
8. Post-Implementation Review:
• Conduct a thorough review of integration outcomes against initial objectives.
• Document lessons learned and provide recommendations for future projects to enhance integration efforts.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in automation project design and execution, particularly in integration projects.
• Strong understanding of Atlassian products and best practice integration methodologies.
• Experience with multiple compliance frameworks, and the design of control requirements.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
