Test Automation Expert

Job description for Test Automation (5+ years’ experience)

Responsibilities

• Design and implement automated test scripts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define testing requirements.
• Execute automated test cases and analyze results.
• Identify, document, and track software defects.
• Develop and maintain test automation frameworks.
• Continuously improve the efficiency and effectiveness of testing processes.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.

Qualifications & Skills

1.       Technical Skills

·       Expertise in programming languages such as Python

·       Experience with test automation tools

·       Experience with HIL testing for ADAS / chassis domains

·       Experience with Simulation tools (Carmaker, SCANeR etc.)

·       Knowledge of continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices.

·       Experience with version control systems like Git.

·       Knowledge of test management tools such as JIRA.

·       Experience in writing and executing test cases, understanding of various testing methodologies and types.

·       Familiarity with Agile methodologies.

2.       Soft Skills

·       Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

·       Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

·       Ability to work independently and within a team.

·       Ability to adapt and learn new technologies quickly.

3.       Education

·       Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.

4.       Good to have

·       ISTQB certification

·       Experience with MIL and SIL testing
