Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and business
  objectives.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation, networking, and
  relationship building.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, real estate agents, and other stakeholders
• Conduct property tours, presentations, and negotiations to close sales deals.
  Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout the sales process.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
3+ Years of Proven experience in sales, preferably in the real estate or hospitality industry
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
