Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and business objectives
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation, networking, and relationship building.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, real estate agents, and other stakeholders
Conduct property tours, presentations, and negotiations to close sales deals
Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout the sales process

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
4+ Years of Proven experience in sales, preferably in the real estate or hospitality industry
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
