Position- Operations Executive

Location- Jamnagar

Role & responsibilities

1. To ensure capturing of EMI recording, presentation & status updation in excel & system accurately and on real time basis.

2. Maintenance of PDC instruments & repayment via NACH/ ECS

3. Bank and cash reconciliation in banking & LMS

4. Loan closures and property document handed over to the customer

5. Data entry of details pertaining to C-KYC & CERSAI & cancellation of charge on closures/cancellation

6. Document recording, verification and archival

7. Maintenance of file management during internal or external movement

8. Maintain accurate details via MIS & publish the details to the branches

9. Adhere to laid down related RCM`s & SOPs.

10. Identify areas to bring cost effectiveness.

11. Maintain healthy team spirit

1. Incessantly evolve the process to increase the efficiency of the processes

12. Display professional attitude and behavior with colleagues, juniors and seniors

Preferred candidate profile

Experience of disbursement in Home loan is preferred.
