Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Management : Oversee the preparation and analysis of financial statements and reports for all companies, operating in the UAE, US, and India.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting to management and stakeholders.
- Manage AP And AR functions to ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices, payments and Collections.
- Maintain compliance with financial regulations and standards in the UAE, US, and India.
- Internal Controls : Develop, implement, and maintain robust internal control systems.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes to enhance financial controls.
- Cost Management:Analyze and monitor costs to identify opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvements.
- Implement cost-saving initiatives while maintaining the quality and integrity of financial processes.
- Technology Integration:Leverage advanced financial tech and tools to streamline financial operations.
- Drive the automation of financial processes to reduce manual intervention and improve accuracy.
- Enable scalability by implementing systems and processes that streamline financial operations.
- Develop and maintain scalable financial systems that support the company's growth and expansion.
- Startup Metrics:Monitor and report on key startup metrics, providing insights and recommendations to management.
- Support the development and tracking of financial KPIs relevant to startup growth and scalability.
- Advisory Role:Act as a financial advisor to management, providing strategic insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate with other departments to support business planning and decision-making.
- Compliance:Ensure compliance with local financial regulations and standards in the UAE, US, and India.
- Prepare and submit financial reports and filings as required by regulatory authorities in each region.
- Keep abreast of changes in financial regulations and ensure the company's compliance.
