L2 Application SUpport

1. Having a good knowledge on the Banking product. (Especially in Reconciliation)

2. The candidate must possess excellent communication, analytical and logical skills

3. Prior experience in Core Java, SQL, PLSQL, Servlets, JSP Spring frameworks.

4. Experiences on the incident and change management process.

5. Prior experience in solving critical incidents, performing Root cause analysis, and creating knowledge articles.

6. Analysing the code and identify the RCA.

7. Basic knowledge in WebLogic and WebSphere for deployment and configuration activities

8. Prior knowledge of IT products and services in Banking

9. Responsible for all application production deployments

10. Responsible for both upstream and downstream communications across all stake holders

11. Responsible for technical escalation management for all software applications

Working Pattern:

1. 6 days a week (Morning Shift or Second Shift or General Shift)

2. Able to work on after office hours support and weekends based on the shift roaster.
