Job Description
- Payment Gateway Application L2 Support/Produiction Support.
- Strong knowledge on Payment Gateway application and transaction processing.
- Good Knowledge of Debit Card, Credit card , ONus, Offus transaction flow, EMV(3D-Secure) transaction flow ,settlement process.
- Good Knowledge on wallet , applepay transaction.
- Strong knowledge on collecting logs from the application server ,Analyse application logs and identify variances.
- Responsible for transaction monitoring, System performance, creating tickets and responding to open tickets submitted through an incident management system.
- Strong knowledge on Payment gateway and Quick undestanding on type of merchants, merchant business module, merchant environment and troubleshoot merchant issues by helping the Bank s merchant-facing teams.
Issue Analysis RCA for the production issues and coordinate with the development team for permanent fixes. - Responsible for resolving the production support issues within a given SLA.
Well understanding of Card schemes functional flow. - Participate in disaster recovery drills and DR support.
- Strong knowledge on ISO-8583,Authorizations, ISO messages, and their data elements.
- Strong knowledge on Oracle, SQL to analyzse data based on isses raised by client or business and generate executive reports.
- General Technology and Operations management with strong troubleshooting skills over application and infra stack, skills on Java and other programing languages like Python is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of interfaces (Internal/External).
- Good knowledge of SSL/TLS certificate exchange in web applications.
Merchant Integration troubleshooting. - Analyze merchants, payments-related issues, assist with disputes, and provide sustainable solutions.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to coordinate with clients are required
- Understanding of Patch deployments and App/web layer configurations (Apache Tomcat, Oracle Http server, Weblogic, Websphere).
- Knowledge on SDLC.
- Strong capacity to build and work with teams and collaborate across functions.
- Strong interpersonal, analytical and communication skills.
- Support MOI team for merchant on-boarding and integration issues functionally technically.
- Development/Implementation knowledge in Java and Oracle is desirable.
