Manager - Finance & Accounting

Job Summary

1. Position is accountable for ensuring business partnering, financial controls & compliances at the Accounts Receivable.
2. Supporting stakeholder to ensure that business process goes smoothly with built in financial control in place
3. Prepare the presentations, reports and fulfil any other type of requirement from time to time for the management
4. OLO Reconciliation Controlling & Accounting- Popeyes & Hongs Kitchen (Payment Gateways & Food aggregators)
5. Refund Tracking, Control and Charge-backs and Email escalations for Refunds
6. Advance/IRCTC OLO Ordering Control & Accounting
7. Audits & Others- Internal/Statutory & MIS Schedule
8. Advance/IRCTC OLO Ordering Control & Accounting
9. Books vs 26 AS (FY24)- For related to AR customers
10. Sub-Franchisee Online Ordering (OA and FA)
11. Franchisee Royalty Accounting and settlements
12. Provide support in Transform of OLO AR reconciliation Process and provide support in upcoming projects of new Brands i.e new payment method etc.

QUALIFICATION

• Qualification & Experience - Preferably from Accounts Receivable Finance Role who has worked under tight control environment.
• 4-5 years experience, CA /ICWA or MBA Finance with experience in similar sized, scale complexity
• SAP knowledge must.
• Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools, including MS excel/word/PPT and SAP
• Excellent communication skills
• Minimum of 4-5 years progressive experience in an audit/controls role; FMCG/Retail/QSR Industry experience would be preferable.
