Finance Manager - Accounting (4-5 yrs)

- We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Finance Manager to join our growing finance team.

- As Finance Manager, you will play a critical role in overseeing the financial health of the company.

- You will be responsible for managing all aspects of financial operations, including financial planning and analysis, accounting, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Planning & Analysis: Prepare and analyze financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.

- Develop and monitor budgets and forecasts.

- Conduct variance analysis and identify areas for improvement.

- Prepare financial models and perform financial projections.

- Conduct cost analysis and identify opportunities for cost reduction.

- Oversee all aspects of accounts payable and accounts receivable.

- Manage the month-end and year-end closing processes.

- Prepare and file tax returns and other regulatory filings.

- Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards and regulations.

- Implement and maintain internal controls to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data.
