- Key responsibilities include:1
- Developing and implementing financial strategies to support the organization's goals and objective
- Preparing and analyzing financial reports, budgets, and projections to provide insights and support decision-making
- Overseeing financial operations and ensuring compliance with financial regulations and accounting standards
- Monitoring financial performance and identifying areas for improvement
- Communicating financial information to stakeholders, including executives, boards of directors, and investors
- Developing and maintaining relationships with banks, financial institutions, and other stakeholders
- Managing financial risks and ensuring effective risk management strategies are in place
- Evaluating and recommending financial investments and new business opportunities
- Leading finance teams and providing guidance and support to achieve departmental and organizational goals
- Staying up-to-date with financial market trends, regulations, and best practices
- Qualifications:1
- Strong knowledge of finance, accounting, and financial analysis
- Demonstrated experience in financial planning and analysis, budgeting, and financial reporting
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to think critically and solve complex problems
- Familiarity with financial software and financial reporting tools
