Responsibilities:
- Support IT portfolio planning and demand management for investments and operating expenses
- Facilitate of business case creation for the services under the portfolio
- Perform portfolio forecasting based on the inputs from the portfolio owner and the individual service owners
- Reconcile actuals against forecast and generating variance analysis and commentary
- Provide quarterly Group Financial Outlook (GFO) submissions, financial data and insights for the leadership reviews
- Conduct ad-hoc analysis on financial data
- Attend the daily/weekly catch-ups and team meetings with the Squad Leads/Service Owner/Portfolio Owner
- Co-ordinate with portfolio owner / service owners for maintaining, tracking and reporting of finance, status, risk and issues
- Support with data for governance packs
- Assist Portfolio lead in audits and reviews
- Articulate plans and insights to cross functional team members and management
- Manage and track the program status throughout the lifecycle
- Lead ongoing reviews of business processes and develop optimization strategies
- Conduct meetings and presentations to socialize ideas and findings
- Support the project team in developing and implementing solutions
- Contribute to sales pursuits, offering development and participate in firm building initiatives
- Co-ordinate with the suppliers and budget holders for timely submission of purchase requests and invoices
- Manage large projects and programs in a multi-vendor scenario and globally spread team and deliver the outcome leveraging Agile principle and applying DevOps capabilities
