Skills required:.

Leadership and Strategic Planning:.

o Provide visionary leadership to the ITFM Office, setting clear goals and objectives aligned with organizational strategy.

o Develop and implement strategic initiatives to optimize financial performance, budgeting, forecasting, and pricing in alignment with business and technology objectives.

o Collaborate with senior management to define financial policies, procedures, and best practices within the ITFM framework.

- Financial Benchmarking and Analysis:.

o Oversee comprehensive research on industry trends and best practices to enhance ITFM processes and services.

o Lead financial benchmarking activities to gain market insights and identify opportunities for cost optimization and efficiency improvements.

o Experience in an IT as a shared-service within a holding ecosystem is preferred.

o Strong understanding of ITFM processes, methodologies, and tools, with proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting techniques.

o Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

o Demonstrated ability to manage projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

o Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.

A fluency in IT is required
