Skills required:.

Leadership and Strategic Planning:.

- Provide visionary leadership to the ITFM Office, setting clear goals and objectives aligned with organizational strategy.

- Collaborate with senior management to define financial policies, procedures, and best practices within the ITFM framework.

Financial Benchmarking and Analysis:.

- Oversee comprehensive research on industry trends and best practices to enhance ITFM processes and services.

- Lead financial benchmarking activities to gain market insights and identify opportunities for cost optimization and efficiency improvements.

- Oversee cost analysis to measure, control, and optimize expenses within IDS, facilitating data-driven decision-making and resource allocation.

- Lead the development of the annual IT budget CAPEX and OPEX.

- Oversee the development of Corporate IT initiatives TCO (Total Cost of Ownership) and ROI (Return on Investment).

Investment Oversight and Value Realization:.

- Oversee the distribution of financial resources within IDS, assessing the financial viability of IT investments, projects, and initiatives.

- Support the evaluation of the feasibility and value realization of strategic IT projects, contributing to business intelligence insights and benefits realization.

- Support the PMO function by providing valuable insights into IT investments and their impact on organizational goals and objectives.

- Manage and mentor a team of ITFM specialists, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.

- Oversee the set performance management objectives for all reportees and perform mid-year and year-end performance reviews.

- Monitor performance and give ad-hoc advice when necessary to ensure that performance objectives are met.

Stakeholder Management:

- Maintain periodic communication with Senior Management and IT Department clients in order to ensure visibility and transparency.

- Background and Experience.

- Oil & Gas, Energy & Resourcing experience preferred.

- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
