- Job Location : Andheri East (Open to travel Pan India based upon projects)
- Reimbursement : Phone/Commute/food/ accommodation while travelling.
- Gender : Male
- Experience : Minimum 2 Years
- Good communication Skill
- Should ready to travel all over India (Domain:- Banking industry)
- Ability to Learn
- Good Analytical Skills
- Strong knowledge in accounts (For Fresher s)
- Understanding of the integration with various modules.
- Ensuring deployed solutions are tested in house before deploying at customer place.
- Plan & conduct training for end-users.
- Understand the issues faced by end-users on a day to day basis and provide a solution.
- Proactive & customer-centric approach while handling customer issues.
- Tracking all calls from clients and ensures timely resolution by troubleshooting application related issues.
- Provide a solution to clients for L1 and L2 Support.
- Adhere to Turnaround Time and Service Level Agreements (SLA) for internal and external clients.
