Job Profile- Trainee Implementation
Job Location- Andheri East (Open to travel Pan India based upon projects)
Reimbursement- Phone/Commute/Food/ Accommodation while travelling
Gender- Male
Experience- Fresher
Working Days- 6 days working (2 Saturdays in a month are week off)

Qualification: Must be graduate in B.com, BBI, M.com only (Undergraduates are not eligible to apply).

• Good Analytical Skills
• Strong knowledge in accounts & banking (For Freshers)

Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Understanding of the integration with various modules.
2. Ensuring deployed solutions are tested in house before deploying at customer place.
3. Plan & conduct training for end-users.
4. Understand the issues faced by end-users on a day-to-day basis and provide a solution.
5. Proactive & customer-centric approach while handling customer issues.
6. Tracking all calls from clients and ensures timely resolution by troubleshooting application related issues.
7. Provide a solution to clients for L1 and L2 Support.
8. Adhere to Turnaround Time and Service Level Agreements (SLA) for internal and external clients.
