Objective

We are looking for a Senior Manager - Accounts & Audit position based out of Bangalore. At Filtrex, integrity, end-to-end accountability and a "can do" attitude is highly valued. And deliver real time accounting, accurate monthly closing of financial, MIS, compliance, and timely completion of all audits. Ensure appropriate internal controls exist & are maintained for processes. This individual may be required to provide input to or participate in various projects and will perform other duties as requested role (Senior Manager - Accounts & Audit).

Experience: 10+ years.

Department: Finance & Accounts.

Education: CA Mandatory

Job Responsibilities:

- Review and maintain real time accounting transaction to ensure accurate reporting of monthly financial statements.

- Detailed budgeting and variance analysis covering each P&L line item.

- Bring value to business by delivering mid-month forecasts on operating income, flux analysis with control mechanism on cost overheads and timely MIS.

- Coordinate the submission and closure of Annual Statutory Audit, Tax Audit, Cost Audit, Transfer Pricing, and Internal Audit.

- Prepare and perform periodic internal audit for compliance with SPI based.

- Follow growth mindset and co-ordinate with cross functional team for continuous improvement.

- Additional Managerial duties as necessary.

Experience and Requirements

- Knowledge of US GAAP Accounting is required.

- Proficient in usage of any one ERP

- 10+ years of managerial accounting & taxation experience with Company with turnover over INR 100 Cr

- Data Analytical and presentation skills

- Good verbal and written communication skills

- A team player

- Sense of urgency and adhere to deadlines.

- Attention to details and accuracy.
