Senior Ruby on Rails Developer - Backend Technologies (5-6 yrs)

Job Description :

We are seeking a talented Ruby on Rails (RoR) Developer with 4 + years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong skills in writing test cases, debugging, and working with any cloud, coupled with a good understanding of JavaScript. The candidate should be quick, have a proactive learning attitude, and experience in payment provider integration would be a plus.

Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain Ruby on Rails applications.

- Write high-quality, well-structured test cases to ensure code reliability and performance.

- Debug and resolve application issues across various environments.

- Collaborate with the team to integrate front-end components with RoR applications.

- Utilize AWS services (EC2 S3 RDS, etc. ) for deploying, scaling, and maintaining infrastructure.

- Write clean, maintainable code, ensuring seamless collaboration with JavaScript front-end components.

- Continuously improve performance, scalability, and security.

Requirements :

- 4+ years of dedicated experience with Ruby on Rails.

- Strong skills in writing test cases (RSpec, Minitest) and debugging.

- Hands-on experience with AWS (EC2 S3 etc. ).

- Proficiency with JavaScript and experience with Nodejs is a plus.

- Experience working with Git version control and CI/CD pipelines.

- A quick learner with a strong desire to adopt new technologies and methodologies.
