Hiring : Senior Ruby on Rails (RoR) Developer.

Location : Gurgaon Hybrid.

Experience : 4+ Years.

Job Responsibilities :

- Develop, test, and maintain scalable Ruby on Rails applications.

- Design and optimize database structures for performance and scalability.

- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.

- Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements.

- Troubleshoot, debug, and improve existing applications.

- Ensure high performance, security, and responsiveness of applications.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to define and deliver new features.

Required Skills :

- 5+ years of experience in Ruby on Rails development.

- Strong knowledge of SQL, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.

- Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.

- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS for front-end integration.

- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, or cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).

- Experience with version control systems like Git.

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.

Nice to Have :

- Experience with React.js or Vue.js for front-end development.

- Knowledge of background job processing frameworks like Sidekiq.

- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
