Senior Software Developer - Ruby on Rails (4-6 yrs)

Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement web applications using Ruby on Rails best practices.

- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code adhering to coding standards.

- Build user-friendly and interactive web interfaces with a focus on exceptional user experience.

- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (designers, back-end developers, DevOps engineers) to deliver solutions that meet business needs.

- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to foster a collaborative development environment.

- Troubleshoot and debug complex application issues to ensure smooth operation.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in Ruby on Rails and web development trends.

Qualifications :

- Proven experience as a Ruby on Rails Developer with a solid understanding of the framework and its ecosystem.

- In-depth knowledge of Ruby programming language and object-oriented programming concepts.

- Experience with web development fundamentals (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).

- Experience with building APIs and integrating front-end and back-end components (a plus).

- Familiarity with testing frameworks RSpec, Capybara is a plus.

- Experience with version control systems (Git) is a must.

- Experience with deployment tools e.g., Heroku, AWS is a plus.

- Strong problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
