Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new franchisees for our fitness centers across India.
  
• Identify potential clients, build relationships, and negotiate deals to expand our network.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Operations) to ensure seamless onboarding of new franchisees.
  
• Conduct market research to identify opportunities for growth and improvement in existing markets.
  
• Manage multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-6 years of experience in Franchise Sales
  
• Proven track record of success in acquiring new franchisees or growing existing ones through effective relationship-building skills.
  
• Strong understanding of retail operations management principles and ability to apply them effectively during onboarding processes.
  
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills with a results-driven mindset.
