Balanced office life except field staff. Meeting arrangement and hospitality. Annually family meet for all employees close bonding. One day in month full enjoyment no restriction from senior even they make some peg for you only that day.

Dislikes

24*7 duty as Field support engineer, No reliever provide by management during leave so phone ring every time. No material support for Sites only create pressure to maintain uptime on manpower.
