You will lead Transformation program forecasts for near long-term planning to enable delivery of objectives and results. You will develop, implement, and maintain policies, procedures, and material control systems to reduce costs, streamline procedures and implement solutions for Transformation program. You will evaluate technology options with internal stakeholders in accordance with the Technology roadmap and strategic investments and processes laid out. Lastly, you will meet and confer with vendor representatives to understand product and service capabilities and corresponding economics to incorporate in decision process.
Develop, enhance and implement processes independently that review monthly financial performance and work with teams that identifies trends and offers advice to improve results.
Initiates analysis of monthly variances and helps identify those that will be ongoing or changes to run rates.
Lead implementation of complex financial models to enable robust detailed forecasting, annual and long-range planning.
Proactively initiate ad hoc analyses and projects where needed.
Evaluate alternative uses of capital to ensure that projects are expected to return more than weighted average cost of capital and/or are supported by a sound business case.
Lead capability development and training (process and/or financial) and coaching on financial matters to develop greater financial acumen in the business and across the team.
Be proactive in change management while driving key business initiatives with the goal of continuous improvement.
Support due diligence efforts and assume project management leadership.

IT product and service request for proposal management and selection experience
Knowledge of supply chain and financial functions and procedures
Knowledge of procurement and financial management procedures
Knowledge of project management methods and techniques
Proficiency to supervise, lead and effectively manage large transformational changes independently.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to technical and non-technical audiences of various s levels in the organization, e.g., executive, management, individual contributors
Excellent problem solving, team and time management skills managing multiple deadlines for self and others
Proficiency in making projections of future expenses based on analysis of cost effectiveness of past expenditures.
