Head HR - Medical Tech Company
Client:
- Our client is a leading Medical Technology company with people and presence in USA and India; it is funded by some leading Venture Capitalist firms.
Background to the role:
- This is a well-positioned, leadership role leading the HR function for the organization.
- The individual will be responsible to develop and implement the HR strategy of the company.
- As a senior member of the team, the individual's responsibilities will include a wide gamut of HR practices including advice/direction to the management team on Organization culture, People strategy, performance management, organizational development, team building, developing leadership bench & superlative employee experience.
Responsibilities:
- Organization Culture: Develop and implement the Culture and Talent Management strategies in line with organizational priorities and goals
- Performance management: Define and implement processes and system that will support the creation of a strong performance culture
- Compensation and benefits: Define and implement the policy ensuring fair and competitive and performance-based compensation
- Organization Development: Supporting the founders to define appropriate organization structure to support efficiently the business strategy
- Talent Acquisition: Set up the talent acquisition process across levels and lead the key hiring process.
Education & Experience:
- Post-graduate degree with specialization in HR with 12 to 18 years of progressive experience in spearheading entire gamut of HR functions
- Strong understanding of Organization development, Compensation and Benefit, Talent acquisition and Management.
