Job Title: Regional Sales Head - South India

Department: Sales & Marketing

Reports To: India Sales Head

Location: Bangalore

Requirements:

- Experience: Minimum 6 years of relevant industry experience in sales

- Education: MBA in Sales & Marketing (preferred but not mandatory)

- Strong network within the South Indian market, especially in Bangalore.

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing key accounts.

- Readiness to work and grow with a fast-growing sustainable start-up

- Good communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills

Job Responsibilities:

- Growth-Drive growth via identification and development of business opportunities with distributors, resellers and key accounts in South India.

- Product innovation- Work along with core team at Fibmold to explore opportunities for new product development.

- Market expansion- Work closely with the founding team to increase the overall size of sustainable packaging.

- Building for long term- Identify, develop and nurture high-quality customers.

- Prioritise customer satisfaction and retention- Establish & nurture strong relationships with customers

- Payment & Account Management- Monitor customer accounts and ensure timely collection of outstanding payments.
