Microsoft 365 Technical Support Engineer

Role & responsibilities

This is a full-time on-site role located in Hyderabad for a Microsoft 365 Technical Specialist. The Microsoft 365 Technical Specialist will be responsible for performing assessments, migrations, and deployments of Microsoft 365 solutions. They will also provide technical support and guidance to clients and troubleshoot technical issues related to Microsoft 365

Preferred candidate profile

Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft 365, OneDrive for Business, Teams, Exchange Online, and Azure Active Directory
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues related to Microsoft 365 and provide technical support to clients
• Strong understanding of networking concepts and protocols
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Experience with Microsoft 365 Security and Compliance is a plus
• Microsoft Certifications will be a Plus.
