Overview

We're looking for a Recruitment Manager, interested in being part of Feuji's growth journey. Please go through the following snippets of the role.

Key Responsibilities

• Should have 10-15 years of experience in technical recruitment.
• 5+ years of experience in team management. Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters specializing in contract staffing, setting performance targets and ensuring adherence to best practices. Should have experience in managing a team of 5-8 recruiters and strong at delivering the results through efficient planning and execution.
• Should have worked in typical contract staffing environment having good understanding of the different billing models and exposure in fulfilling the roles in JIT(Just-in-time) model.
• Proficiency in using recruitment software, job boards, and social media platforms for sourcing candidates. Able to guide the team in sourcing the right candidates.
• Experience working in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
• Ability to handle multiple client requirements simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to overcoming recruitment challenges.
• Require client handling experience and provide market insights and trends to the business to make decisions.
• Provide regular reports on recruitment metrics, performance, and client satisfaction to senior management, and recommend improvements as needed.
• Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in meeting client needs.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and candidates.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and should have a go-getter attitude.
