- Manage day-to-day warehouse operations, including inventory control, stock reconciliation, and order fulfilment.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of pharmaceutical products in compliance with Good Distribution Practices (GDP) and regulatory standards.
- Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing materials, using ERP systems or other inventory management tools.
- Coordinate with logistics providers to ensure timely delivery of materials and finished goods.
- Conduct periodic stock audits and implement corrective actions to address discrepancies.
- Monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels to prevent stockouts or overstocking.
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations in the warehouse.
- Collaborate with quality assurance to ensure product quality during storage and distribution.
- Lead and mentor warehouse staff to enhance productivity and maintain high performance standards.
- Prepare and present reports on warehouse activities, including key performance indicators (KPIs).
