Sales and Business Development:-
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the target market.
Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and technical discussions to potential clients.
Negotiate and close sales contracts, ensuring profitable sales margins.
Develop and execute a strategic sales plan for the assigned territory to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue.
Identify and prioritize key accounts and potential customers within the territory.
Explore the new territory and application for the business growth.
Technical Support:-
Provide technical assistance and consultations to clients regarding machine specifications, applications, and capabilities.
Work closely with the engineering team to ensure the machine specifications meet customer requirements.
Prepare and deliver technical proposals and quotations, including pricing, lead times, and service agreements.
BE / B.Tech with 5 years to 10 years' experience in similar Industry / capital machinery Industry
Project Management and Coordination:-
Coordinate with the project management and technical teams to ensure smooth order execution, delivery, and installation.
Manage the order process from inquiry to delivery, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfilment.
Oversee post-sales support, troubleshooting, and ensuring customer satisfaction with the machinery.
Reporting and Administration:-
Provide regular sales forecasts and performance reports to management.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and market conditions.
Share insights and feedback from the field to help improve products and services.
Strong understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as needed.
