The Sales & Relationship Management Job responsible for sales activities of the organization, including managing client relationships and selling company products and services to existing customer & prospects.
Develops and implements sales strategies, identifies potential customers, and manages existing customer portfolio.
New sales to new customers as well as cross/up/repeat sales to existing customers, assessing customer needs, and suggesting appropriate products, services, and/or solutions, developing and delivering sales bids, proposals, and presentations and conducting product demonstrations.
Develops strategies focused on expanding client base within defined market segments, produces new account revenue in line with current organization and individual targets/quotas.
Responsible for moderately complex sales opportunities: a wider array of products, clients or channels OR specific product knowledge in a single area. Job duties require expanded knowledge of the industry, markets, and sales processes.
Jobholder has flexibility to set and negotiate terms within defined parameters.
