Job Description
Position Summary:
This position shall be responsible as a Key Account Manager, Generating Business, Achieving AOP Targets, adding new customers and enhancing Profitability for Extrusion machinery business.
Work You ll Do:
- Build and strengthen long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them to understand their needs.
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while staying fully aware of new products and competition status. Develop new business opportunities in multiple territories for Extrusion Machineries.
- Keep track of the business environment, technology trends, competitor products strategy, and generate in-roads for the company into non-traditional/new market segments.
- Act as a Key Account Manager, generating business, achieving AOP Targets, reducing discounts, and enhancing profitability.
- Visit customers regularly to ensure liaison, convert them into repeat customers, develop a new customer base, revive dormant customers, and conquer the competitors customers.
- Understand the requirements of customers and ensure the right machine sizing selection.
- Ensure the timely submission of quotations and maintain constant follow-up to convert into the business.
- Monitor and ensure order submission in Big Machines and process enhancement.
- Collecting market information about new products and Competitor s activity
- Enhancement of business through positioning of products in market diligently.
- Ensure timely delivery of machines, installation of machines, and collection of balance payments for machines spare parts.
- Maintain the Sales Pipeline, present sales, revenue, and expense reports, and provide realistic forecasts to the senior team.
Basic Qualifications:
Education Qualification: B.E / B.Tech in Mechanical / Electrical / Plastics and Master of Business Administration (MBA) will be considered as an additional qualification.
Experience: 8-10 years of experience in sales of Capital equipment, experience in extrusion machines or Injection molding machines shall be added advantage
