Job Description
We are seeking a driven and dynamic Assistant Manager Corporate Sales to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of corporate sales experience, focusing on building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to drive the sales of FNP products, including flowers, plants, cakes, and personalized gifts.
Responsibilities - Drive corporate sales for FNP categories such as flowers, plants, cakes, and personalized gifts.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets and increase market share.
- Identify and target potential corporate clients, building a robust sales pipeline.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals and post-sale client servicing.
- Build long-term relationships with corporate clients and key decision-makers to ensure repeat business.
- Collaborate with internal teams (product, marketing, and operations) to customize offerings based on client needs.
- Prepare sales proposals, presentations, and contracts, ensuring smooth coordination between the client and internal teams.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
- Attend industry events, exhibitions, and meetings to promote FNP s offerings and build brand presence.
- Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3-6 years of corporate sales experience, preferably in gifting, flowers, cakes, or related industries.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales and corporate sales processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
