Job Description
- To be a catalyst with Business to drive HR policies processes.
- To understand the business environment priorities
- Work with business to address management requests for analysis on payroll cost, leaves, performance etc.
- To ensure that the sensitive issues are handled effectively and are brought to a logical conclusion with constant communication with relevant stakeholders
- Being data-driven and comfortable with numbers
- Managing entire end to end employee lifecycle starting form on-boarding till exit.
- To get involved in driving the philosophy for PMS as defined in the process
- Handling grievances on cases to case basis and informing relevant stakeholders
- Ensuring personnel information is maintained in all appropriate systems; monitoring actual headcount, new hires, attrition, analysing trends
- Partnering with the Talent Acquisition team. Rewards recognition
- Support the design and execution of employee Reward Recognition initiative
- Address Employee Relations matters with regular incident management, and investigation.
- 4+ years of progressive experience in end to end HR Operations.
- Profound knowledge of driving PMS, employee engagement, RnR, LD, training etc. across various regions.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex issues/ grievances.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
