Job Description
- Managing Team Activities: Oversee the day-to-day activities of the team to ensure smooth operations.
- Motivating the Team: Inspire and motivate the team to achieve organizational goals.
- Developing Timelines: Create and implement timelines to achieve targets effectively.
- Delegating Tasks: Assign tasks to team members based on their strengths and expertise.
- Training and Development: Conduct training sessions to maximize team members potential and improve their confidence, product knowledge, and communication skills.
- Performance Reviews: Conduct quarterly performance reviews to assess team members progress and provide feedback.
- Contributing to Growth: Play a key role in the companys growth by leading a successful team.
- Creating a Positive Environment: Foster a pleasant working environment that inspires the team and enhances productivity.
- Minimum of 1.5 years of experience as a Team Leader (on paper).
- Proficiency in handling reports such as Shrinkage, Attrition, Quality, SLA, NPS, AHT, and CSAT.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience in team handling, preferably from a BPO background.
- Strong people management skills.
- Experience managing a team of 15 to 20 FTEs.
