To ensure sufficient inventory in accordance to the sales/consumption pattern.

Updating of formulary as per ptc guidelines

To Ensure 100% compliance-No Deviations in this regard.(strict adherence to ndps norms)

Approving the Grns time to time and ensuring of submission of vendor bills to accounts dept

Ensuring of Drug License activity / Narcotic drug requirements

To meet doctors regularly and to be in constant connect with all other departments for smooth functioning.

To follow up with IT dept for regular day to day issues.
