- Primary responsible for procurement of RM commodity for Global Plant mainly Steel & insourcing the components from India for FBG company.
- Researching suppliers: Comparing vendors to find the best match for the company based on price, quality, and service.
- Negotiating contracts: Collaborating with legal and plants to negotiate supply agreements
- Analyzing data: Conduct data analysis to identify problems and develop solutions
- Monitoring Steel market conditions: Staying abreast of industry trends and market conditions.
- Managing costs: Reducing costs in the supply chain and quantifying contract savings
- Building relationships: Maintaining strategic relationships with key suppliers.
- Leading a team: Developing and managing a team of direct reports, providing feedback, and creating a collaborative environment
