Job Description: Dayforce HRIS Specialist

Time: EST hours (6:00 PM IST onwards)

A "Dayforce HRIS Specialist" is responsible for managing and maintaining the Ceridian Dayforce HRIS system, ensuring data accuracy and integrity, configuring system settings, and providing user support. This role involves developing customized reports, optimizing workflows, and streamlining HR processes to enhance operational efficiency. As the primary administrator of the Dayforce platform, the specialist serves as a key liaison between HR operations and the Dayforce system, ensuring smooth data management and reporting throughout the organization.

Key responsibilities may include:

As the primary administrator of the Dayforce system, manage its configuration, updates, and maintenance, ensuring smooth system functionality. Handle user access levels and security roles, troubleshot system issues, and resolved user queries. Through regular audits and data cleansing activities, ensure data accuracy and integrity while managing employee data across core HR, payroll, benefits, and time & attendance modules. Also developed and maintained customized dashboards and reports to support HR decision-making, analyzed data trends to identify areas for improvement, and provided comprehensive training to employees on system navigation. By collaborating with HR stakeholders, help optimize workflows, streamline processes, and implement system enhancements. Additionally, ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and data privacy regulations within the Dayforce system.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Extensive experience in administering and managing HRIS systems, with a preference for Ceridian Dayforce.
• In-depth knowledge of HR processes and industry best practices.
• Expertise in data analysis and proficiency with reporting tools.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Skilled in training and providing support to end-users effectively.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work seamlessly with cross-functional teams.
