Job description :
We are looking for an experienced, passionate and creative Digital Engagement Manager to join our team. As a Digital Engagement Manager you will be responsible for developing and implementing our Digital media strategy in order to increase our online presence and improve our marketing and sales efforts. You will be working closely with Marketing and Sales departments.
Manager - Digital Engagement responsibilities :
- Developing content for blogs, articles, product descriptions, social media, and the company website.
- Assisting the marketing team in developing content for advertising campaigns.
- Proofreading content for errors and inconsistencies.
- Editing and polishing existing content to improve readability.
- Work with copywriters and designers to ensure content is informative and appealing
- Conducting keyword research and using SEO best practices to increase traffic to the company website.
- Measure the success of every Digital Media campaign.
- Stay up to date with latest Digital Media best practices and technologies
- Work with copywriters and designers to ensure content is informative and appealing
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales and Product Development teams
- Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization
- Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via Digital Media to create a strong network
Digital Media Manager requirements and qualifications :
- 5 -7 years of experience as a Digital Media Specialist or similar role
- Proven content writing or copywriting experience
- Excellent writing and editing skills
- Should have understanding and Knowledge of graphic Designing
- Digital Media Strategist using Digital Media for brand awareness and impressions
- Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, Google+ and other Digital Media best practices
- Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics
- Experience with doing audience and buyer persona research
- Good understanding of Digital Media KPIs
- Familiarity with web design and publishing
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
- Team player
- Good time-management skills
- Great interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
- Good degree or Professional Course in Digital marketing
