We have opening in our Sales Team for Meeting Events Business. Kindly find the details below Key duties responsibilities: Cultivating a robust pipeline of new accounts and leads within your market to achieve and exceed the regions sales targets. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and relationship-building. . Overseeing client management and event operations to ensure seamless execution, quality, and exceptional service delivery. Cultivating and nurturing client relationships to not only expand business with existing clients but also onboard new accounts to enrich the portfolio. Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, event planners, travel agents, and corporate accounts. Represent the organization at trade shows, networking events, and industry conferences. Promote the company s venues, products, and services to enhance brand visibility. Minimum target will be 10 12 cr Top Line Job Requirements Competencies: Experience in MICE minimum 7 - 9 years and above. Should have good communication skills / computer knowledge (Excel / PPT etc) Should have good knowledge of how MICE industry works, if not then the candidate should at least be from a travel background but who deals with clients and is aggressive and ready to learn. Able to meet the targets and maximize profits. Should be able to handle client queries independently. Has a set of existing clients which he / she can work from FCM once their join Should be proactive and Take responsibility of his / her file from start to end. Have a sales plan / Goal. He/she also acquires sales through the lead generations and follow-up of lead. Candidate needs to be a team player and work with the internal team (Operations / Contracting etc)Employment Type: Full Time, Permanent
